Although Title IX has done wonders for women and girls in sport, the percentage of female teams that are coached by women has decreased sharply since the 1970’s.
This is a group for women who coach track and field and cross country at all levels. In addition to monthly interviews with female coaches, there are selections of recommended TED talks, research, etc. You can also find follow-up resources from the USTFCCCA convention’s female coaching-specific session.
