Hello! My name is Hannah Chappell-Dick. Whether you’re looking to finish a half marathon, crush a 5k PR, or run your first mile, I can help you reach that goal!

I run for Atlanta Track Club Elite and I am a USATF Certified Endurance Coach. In college, I studied Biology and Exercise Science, and was a 5x All-American in Track & Field and Cross Country. I competed in a wide range of events, including the sprint relays, high jump, middle distance, and cross country.
I currently serve as a volunteer assistant coach at Georgia Tech, where I have helped coach nine National Qualifiers (Women’s XC team, Men’s 800m, Men’s 10k). I love working with elite collegiate athletes, but I am just as excited to help YOU run your first mile! For more information on my coaching experience, see below.
Who I Coach
adult men & women at ALL SKILL LEVELS who are interested in running middle or long distance races (400m through the marathon) OR hoping to incorporate endurance training into their daily lives.
*Due to my position at Georgia Tech, per NCAA recruiting regulations, I cannot take on high school clients, as they are considered potential prospective student-athletes (PSA)

Individualized Training Plans
Running Training Plan: 8 weeks ($50), 12 weeks ($55)
Includes: 30 minute initial consultation, texting/email for simple clarifications/questions
Add-on: Strength Training Plan: 8 weeks ($20), 12 weeks ($25)
Add-on: Mobility Drills Plan: $10
Add-on: Video Gait Analysis: $20

Personal Coaching Packages – Local or “Virtual”
Level 1: $50/month – No minimum!
Includes: 30 minute initial consultation, individualized weekly training plans (4 weeks at a time), 15 minute call/Skype/Facetime every other week, unlimited texting for simple clarification/questions, one-time video gait analysis
Level II: $100/month – No minimum!
Includes: 30 minute initial consultation, individualized weekly training plans (4 weeks at a time), 15 minute call/Skype/Facetime every week, unlimited texting for simple clarification/questions, unlimited video gait analysis, nutritional assessment, strength training and mobility drills
One-on-one coaching session: $40/session* (Atlanta Clients Only – Meet at Cheney Track or Piedmont Park Active Oval — other locations available on request, but mileage must be reimbursed at the federal rate of $0.55 per mile) *With paid coaching package — sessions are typically 45-50 minutes
