About Coach Hannah
Hannah Chappell-Dick currently serves as the Graduate Assistant Middle- and Long-Distance Coach for the University of Florida Gators. She is USATF Endurance Coaching Certified. She competes for Team Florida Track Club Elite.

Post-collegiately, Hannah competed in middle distances for Atlanta Track Club Elite under Olympian Amy Yoder-Begley. In college, Hannah studied Biology and Exercise Science, and was a 5x All-American in Track & Field and Cross Country. She competed in a wide range of events, including the sprint relays, high jump, middle distance, and cross country.
She has also served as a volunteer assistant coach at Georgia Tech, where she helped coach nine National Qualifiers (Women’s XC team, Men’s 800m, Men’s 10k).

Level II: $100/month – No minimum!
Includes: 30 minute initial consultation, individualized weekly training plans (4 weeks at a time), 15 minute call/Skype/Facetime every week, unlimited texting for simple clarification/questions, unlimited video gait analysis, nutritional assessment, strength training and mobility drills
One-on-one coaching session: $40/session* (Gainesville, FL Clients Only)

Hannah coached me for several months during my outdoor track season of my Sophomore year. She sat down with me and we talked through my running history, which allowed her to create a training plan that was adjusted to my fitness and goals. One of the primary things that Hannah helped me improve upon was my speed and tempo training. Once a week, we would work on turnover: something that has continued to be beneficial to me. Additionally, Hannah would run the tempo workouts with me and helped me overcome mental barriers that I had had with tempo runs.
Hannah helped not only with my training, but she had great advice in regards to race strategy and mental preparation. She was very encouraging and always ready to answer questions via text or at practice. I am thankful to Hannah for helping me to overcome mental barriers that allowed me to PR in the 1600 meter for the first time in two years.
